Payment Policy
Flexible – 3 days Valid for the Rest of Season Period
The guest can cancel free of charge until 3 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel in the 3 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price.
Partially refundable – 3 days Valid for period of June-July-August

Pre-authorization Preferences
- I pre-authorize guests’ credit cards before arrival for all policy types.
- I hold First night on guests’ credit cards.
- I pre-authorize guests’ credit cards 14 days prior the arrival date.
